Instructions:

Select desired modifications
Click Download IMG file at the bottom of the page
Save the custom.img file in (GTA-SA directory)\SAMP\, replacing the current file. The default GTA-SA directory is usually C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\.

Notes:

Entries highlighted in grey need both a model and texture file to work. When you select one, both will be included in your IMG file.
To remove all of your custom mods, simply make a custom IMG with all options set to 'Unmodified'.
All modifications on this page are SA-MP and AdrenalineX friendly and do not alter vehicle handling or dimensions.
